Rusty grew up on a farm operating farm equipment daily where he grew a passion for digging in the dirt. Later in life he went on to operate heavy equipment of all types. He is living his best life daily while making client dreams come true. He has also been a pillar in his community, actively serving in church ministries and the National Wildlife Turkey Federation. He’s also involved in wounded warriors projects in Southern Ohio. Rusty is also married to his wife Sandy of 24 yrs and father to two amazing daughters and 5 Labrador Retrievers. Restoration Land Management LLC got its name from Rusty’s late father, Rickey Lee Mills, a Purple Heart veteran with the US Marine Corps. We were inspired to use his initials, RLM, in the naming of our business to carry on his name for years to come. His mission is to do quality work and earn the trust of his clients daily.
